transactions into QuickBooks. FinopSolution will pay the monthly subscription
fee for QuickBooks Online Version. As a client of FinopSolution, your firm will
no longer need to purchase costly accounting software or upgrades.
FinopSolution will provide monitoring of your accounting input and will
enter adjusting entries as necessary. By fax or email, you will send us all
pertinent bank, clearing deposit and settlement statements. FinopSolution will
analyze your information and prepare the appropriate accruals, journal
entries, and reconciliations. We will send you a set of finalized financial
statements to maintain at your location. As your registered FINOP, we will
provide continual monitoring of firm net capital, provide net capital
computations, and prepare and submit FOCUS reports to NASD. Our
